You schedule an order pickup via the Luxe website. Your driver shows up promptly to collect your laundry.

We collect your belongings, answers any questions you may have about your order, and take any special requests.

You’re notified when the order is clean and ready for delivery. At your convenience (including nights and weekends), you can schedule your delivery and a driver will bring your clean items!

Turnaround times are based on the day and time of your pickup. Typically items are cleaned and ready for delivery within 48-72 hours – but we’ll tell you if your order is expected to be ready earlier than your scheduled drop-off time.

No. As long as you have a safe and secure place for your clothing to be left, we can pick-up or drop-off your garments in your absence.

Luxe allows for pickups and deliveries 7 days a week, from early morning until late in the  evening!

We’re focused on being available when you need us most.

Your garments are cleaned using  eco-friendly processes with our trusted dry cleaning partner, Monson Deluxe Cleaners.

Quality is of the utmost importance to us, so we only work with a high quality, retail cleaner.
